Prof. Anja Metelmann of KIT is seeking two highly motivated and skilled researchers to join her dynamic team working on the theory of engineered quantum systems. The postdoctoral researchers will be an integral part of the team, focusing on the development and refinement of models for Traveling Wave Amplifiers based on superconducting circuit architectures. The responsibilities will extend to comparing theoretical models with experimental data, and conducting thorough theoretical characterizations, with a keen eye on noise characteristics and innovative parametric control protocols. We expect an active engagement in research collaborations both internally and externally to foster innovation and cross-disciplinary insights.
